Pay attention to maintenance when using pneumatic winch

Pneumatic winch is specifically composed of air supply control valve, pneumatic motor, transmission gear box, drum, brake system and winch frame. We should pay attention to correct maintenance when using pneumatic winch:
Lubrication: regularly add lubricating oil to the pneumatic winch, and often screw off oil draining plug to check whether the lubricating oil has deteriorated. If deterioration or water-oil mixing is found, replace it immediately.
Check atomized lubricator lubricating oil and add enough immediately if it is found. Regularly add grease to the gear transmission part and each nozzle
Steam: check the steam water in the split air filter and release it immediately when the filter is full.
