Pneumatic motor is a representative kind of pneumatic machinery, which is widely used in industrial production. When the pressure of pneumatic motor is kept close to the level of high working pressure, can better play the power of pneumatic motor. Today, let's talk about the air supply method of pneumatic motor operation:
1. If the air to be supplied to the low-speed high-twist pneumatic motor is filtered and decompressed. The directional control valve needs to supply air to the motor and rotate the motor when needed. Such valves can be pneumatic controlled, electrically controlled, or mechanically controlled.
2. When the low-speed high-twist pneumatic motor is used for application without bidirectional rotation, it is enough to use 2/2 or 3/2 valves to control it. For a low-speed high-torque pneumatic motor that can rotate in reverse direction, a 5/3 or two 3/2 valves are needed to ensure that the motor has compressed air supply and residual air discharge.
3. If the low-speed high-twist pneumatic motor is not used for direction rotation, the flow control valve can be installed in the gas supply pipeline to adjust the speed of the motor. If the motor is used for reverse rotation, the flow regulating valve with internal unidirectional function needs to adjust the rotation in each direction. The internal one-way valve allows air to be discharged from the residual air exhaust port of the motor to the exhaust port of the control valve and then discharged.
4. The compressed air supply should have large enough pipes and valves to ensure the large torque of the motor. At any time, the pneumatic motor needs a gas supply pressure of 6bar, and the power will be reduced if the pressure is reduced to 5bar.
